The user (DJ) is responsible for the accuracy of the data published and processed within their own business activity. The DJ is also responsible for the content of contract documents shared with the client.
The platform provides technical tools for concluding a contract in documentary form. The final declarations of the parties and the legal effects of the DJ-client relationship result from the accepted contract content and applicable law.
After the main contract is signed, later versions of the document may be created as annexes. Each annex should be published and accepted through a process equivalent to the main contract flow.
Detailed rules for personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy. Users must keep confidential any data obtained through the platform unless disclosure follows from law or the contract.
